Victoria Royals TicketsLocated in the capital city of British Columbia, the Victoria Royals is a major junior hockey team that competes at the highest level of the Canadian leagues. Before the arrival of the Royals, the city of Victoria had an illustrious but little-known hockey history. In 1925, the Victoria Cougars of the Western Canada Hockey League became one of the last non-NHL teams to win a Stanley Cup. Although the Cougars franchise was bought and relocated to Detroit, eventually giving birth to the Red Wings, several other Victoria teams would revive the Cougars name: most prominently a junior WHL team that won the 1981 championship. Once the junior Cougars departed for Prince George, the city of Victoria briefly hosted a professional ECHL team called the Victoria Salmon Kings. However, after the team folded in 2011, a local ownership group purchased and relocated the junior WHL Chilliwack Bruins to Victoria. They changed the name to the Royals. In 2016, the team captured its first division title with a 50-win season. StubHub is your source for Victoria Royals tickets to all games.
