Gillom-Granderson scored 51 double-doubles in her time at Ole Miss and is one of two players to reach both the 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds milestones. Gillom-Granderson was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Ole Miss in 1996. Jennifer Gillom is the sister of Peggie Gillom-Granderson and led the Rebels of Ole Miss to a 105-23 record while a member of the team. The Rebels appeared in the NCAA Tournament all four years with Gillom as a player. Gillom was the 1985 USA Basketball Female Athlete of the Year and the 1986 SEC Female Athlete of the Year. The sports complex at Ole Miss University sports the name "Gillom Complex" in honor of Jennifer Gillom and her sister, Peggie.
