Who is the coach of the Atlanta Dream?Nicki Collen took over as head coach of the Atlanta Dream on Oct. 30, 2017. Collen's first season as coach resulted in a 23–11 record and the No. 2 seed in the 2018 WNBA Playoffs. The effort from Collen and her team resulted in Coach of the Year honors. Before taking the job with the Dream, Collen spent two years as an assistant with the Connecticut Sun.
What Atlanta Dream players have received league honors?Angel McCoughtry was the first overall pick in the 2009 draft and is the most decorated player in Dream history. McCoughtry has been selected for the All-WNBA team six times and has played in five all-star games. McCoughtry has been named to the WNBA All-Defensive team seven times. She is also the 13th player in league history to reach 2,500 rebounds in a career.
