The Mavericks - Dance the Night Away to these Country Crooners

The band recorded 6 studio albums between 1991 and 2003, whilst also charting on the country charts with 14 of their singles. For UK listeners, they are best known for the 1998 track 'Dance the Night Away', which spent a total of 18 weeks in the charts. Splitting in 2004 to pursue individual projects, the group only recently announced they were re-forming to bring the music back to life. With a fresh line-up, from 2012 onwards the band have developed their sound with a new record label.

They released their first album, In Time, post reunion in 2013. Since then, founding member Robert Reynolds has left the band, but the remaining four are still going strong together and are set and ready to put on a great show with their new 2015 album Mono.
