NPC Championships Schedule

If you are looking for some world class body building competition look no further than any event hosted by the National Physique Committee, the largest governing body of amateur body building in the country. Every year the NPC hosts a variety of events including the Wheelchair Nationals, the Jr. USA contest, the NPC JR National Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini, the NPC Universe, the NPC Masters Nationals, the IFBB National Championships, the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships, and more. The NPC is the amateur branch of the International Federation of Bodybuilders, or the IFBB, the worldwide professional body building organization to which all contestants in NPC events aspire. Every participant in a NPC Championship event will surely be looking their best and be in peak physical condition in an effort to win and qualify to be a member of the IFBB.

There are numerous big NPC Championship events coming up in 2015, but perhaps one of the most exciting is the NPC USA Championships events of the year, the NPC Midway USA Championships, will take place on Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th at The Cotillion in Wichita, Kansas. All of the best in amateur body building as well as all of the biggest body building fans will be making their way to Wichita in the middle of May and you will definitely want to be there with them. The Event

NPC Championship events feature the best of the best in American amateur bodybuilding, all of whom are hoping to earn a championship in their weight class so they can qualify for the IFBB and take part in international professional competitions. Wichita, Kansas

The upcoming NPC Midway USA Championships will be held at The Cotillion in Wichita is the biggest city in the state of Kansas and is always loaded with entertainment options. The annual Wichita River Festival is one of the highlights of the year for the city and features musical acts, a flea market, a parade, fireworks, river events, a food court, historical and children's activities, and more. Century II Convention Hall is one of the main landmarks in the city and is home of the Music Theatre of Wichita, Wichita Grand Opera, and Wichita Symphony Orchestra. Additionally the city is home to Wichita State University whose men's basketball team the Shockers have in recent years grown to become one of the top teams in college basketball.
