Marist Red Foxes Tickets
The Marist Red Foxes has a fairly young football program. The college was founded in 1929, but had no football team until 1965. That team was a club, not a varsity team. It eventually developed into something of a powerhouse. Marist even played in two National Title Games: in 1970 and 1972. In 1978, the football team was promoted to varsity status. Marist played in Division III for 15 years. Today, the Marist Red Foxes play in Division I FCS. As a fairly young program, they don't have any big established rivalries yet. Current head coach Jim Parady has shepherded Marist through 27 seasons, starting in 1992. Marist has been a member of the Pioneer League conference since 2008. They finished that season with a record of 7 wins and 4 losses. They shared the PFL Conference title in 2013. The bowl nomination, however, went to Butler University.
