In which arenas do the Maine Black Bears typically play?For all of their home games, the Maine Black Bears play at the Harold Alfond Sports Arena in Orono, Maine. The Alfond Arena is an all-purpose sporting venue that was completed in 1977 and plays host to both hockey and basketball games. For hockey games, the arena can set a total of 5,641 spectators, following a series of renovations and expansions in 1991 and 1998.
