Kesha: pop superstar to play one off show at London's Electric Brixton in November after release of new album Rainbow

After signing to producer Dr. Luke's label Kemosabe Records in 2005 – aged just 18 – Kesha's big break came from an uncredited and unpaid cameo on rapper Flo Rida's 2009 number one hit "Right Round". Kesha: hitmaker comes out fighting after ups and downs

After a meteoric rise to the top in 2009, Kesha's career has been disrupted by a long and controversial legal battle with longtime producer Dr. Luke that has more or less seen her exit the music studio for half a decade. She will be hoping her comeback in 2017 is the start of an equally successful period as her first few years in the music business, with third album Rainbow already showing signs of being a huge commercial success.
