Kawasaki Frontale, long-time Japanese football stalwarts

It plays its home games in Kawasaki at the Kawasaki TodorokTodoroko Stadium. You can easily buy or sell Kawasaki Frontale tickets on StubHub for these games and other first division matches.
The Grêmio of Japanese football
Kawasaki Frontale is nicknamed Grêmio in Japan, after the Brazilian club with which it has forged strong ties for decades, Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense. The Kawasaki outfit has used a similar strip to their South American counterparts, and incorporated the latter's crest into their own. It is one of Japan's oldest football clubs, having been founded in 1955, then known simply as Fujitsu Soccer Club, after its corporate founder, as has long been the norm in many Japanese sporting codes. Kawasaki Frontale holds the distinction of having been one of the founding teams of each one of the historical second-division leagues in the country, from the modern J League Division 2, to the Japan Football League division one, and back to the JSL Second Division. Ultimately they have reached the top league, where they've had a decent run of success, including finishing the 2017 season as champions. Since then, Kawasaki Frontale tickets have become hot items in Kanagawa Prefecture!
The Japanese version of "El Clasico"
Kawasaki Frontale has a longstanding rivalry with FC Tokyo, not dissimilar to the one between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, the famous "El Clasico" – in fact it's even called the Tamagawa Clasico. The two teams share an almost identical history of promotion and relegation in the Japanese second division competitions over the years. Another big rivalry is with Kashima Antlers, which doesn't go back as far but is possibly even more intense, as it has been for the highest stakes. It culminated when Kawasaki Frontale overturned the form book in 2017 to win the J1 League from the more favoured Antlers. The team has also played in the Asia Champions League, qualifying in 2006, having come second in the J1 League. They advanced as far as the quarter finals, where they came unstuck against Sepahan, Iran's top club. Kawasaki Frontale tickets promise a glimpse into the culture of this historic Japanese club, and a visit to its home stadium should be on the cards any time you're likely to find yourself on StubHub looking for things to do in Kawasaki.
