Jason Aldean tour dates
Jason Aldean is a country superstar who quietly rose to prominence in the early part of 2010s after spending more than a decade as opening acts for big names in the industry. Aldean's career graph is in stark contrast to that of his close friends and fellow country musicians Brian Kelly and Tyler Hubbard, who together make Florida Georgia Line.
The Georgia-born singer's quiet rise to fame does not take away from his musical prowess. He is a certified platinum hit maker, with all his albums at least making the single-platinum certification. Seventeen of his 24 singles have reached No. 1 on various charts, and he has been crowned ACM's Entertainer of the Year twice.
Jason Aldean tour dates in the past have included arena-sized venues such as Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati. Jason Aldean tickets are any fan's chance to see the hit-maker perform his signature up-tempo songs such as "My Kind of Party."
Jason Aldean's history
Unlike Florida Georgia Line, which was a roaring success immediately after releasing their self-titled EP, success took some time coming for Jason Aldean. He was noticed by Warner-Chappell executives in 1998, which resulted in a record deal, only to be dropped later. A couple of other promising breakthroughs followed, but nothing really converted until Aldean was discovered by Broken Bow Records, just when he was on the brink of giving up.
Jason Aldean's biggest hits
Thanks to Broken Bow Records, Aldean released his eponymous album, which went on to be certified platinum and sold more than 1 million copies. The album won Aldean ACM's Top New Male Vocalist in 2006. Notable singles from the album include "Why," which reached No. 1 on Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, and "Hicktown," which peaked at No. 10.
Aldean's next big hit came in 2010 with Wide Open, which peaked at No. 2 on Billboard Country Albums chart. "She's Country" from the album marked Aldean's first foray into Billboard Hot 100.
Other notable works by the Georgia native include "My Kinda Party," "Burning It Down" and "Don't You Wanna Stay."
Jason Aldean's biggest shows
Ever since breaking out with his eponymous album debut, Aldean has headlined shows across the U.S. Some of his most notable shows to date include performing at the Grammy Nominations Concert at Nokia Theater in LA; performing at CMT Music Awards in 2013 with Lenny Kravitz; performing on CMT Crossroads with Bryan Adams; a headlining tour with Luke Bryan and Jake Owen in support of his album Wide Open; and his Burn It Down Tour in 2015, which included stadium-filling stops at such venues as Levi's Stadium in San Francisco.
