Diversity: dance superstars continue to wow crowds
Since winning the third series of Britain's Got Talent back in 2009, street dance troupe Diversity have gone on to achieve phenomenal success; with sell out tours across the country and multiple side projects.
Hailing from London (Leytonstone and Dagenham) and Essex (Basildon), at the time of their appearance on Britain's Got Talent, some of the group's members were still at school or university, while others had jobs of their own. Led by choreographer Ashley Banjo, the group's outstandingly creative routines and showmanship have since earned them a legion of fans, all looking to see the latest innovations in dance.

Diversity: reality show stars rise to the top
Made up of two sets of brothers and their friends, Diversity's members first came together as part of the dance company Swift Moves. After auditioning for TV show Britain's Got Talent they raced through to the live shows and found themselves in the final, up against fellow street dance crew Flawless and bookies favourite Susan Boyle. In a shock result, the deserving dance group won in front of a record TV audience of 17.3 million viewers. As part of their prize, they appeared at the Royal Variety Performance and joined the rest of the Britain's Got Talent finalists in a UK wide tour.
By 2010, leader Ashley Banjo had branched out to become a judge on the Sky One talent show Got to Dance – alongside Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt and tap dance sensation Adam Garcia – while Diversity sold out a headline tour in 24 hours. Diversitoys centered on toys coming to life and proved so popular that it was brought back for a second run at Christmas.
The next two years saw the group appear in the first and second series of Sky1's Ashley Banjo's Secret Street Crew in which groups of unlikely dancers were taught the fundamentals of urban dance. Another sold out tour followed in late 2013, with Limitless brought back a year later to popular demand. After even more side projects such as Perri Kiely winning TV show Splash, the group are back to doing what they do best: planning new moves and gearing up for another tour.
