From Macclesfield to Mali for Cassia

Moving on from their Macclesfield roots, Cassia have toured throughout Britain and Europe. They have ambitions to play larger and larger venues, and critics reckon them among the most exciting indie acts to emerge from Britain in recent years. Listener-friendly favourites, such as Moana and Weekender, won them admirers, while their catchy number entitled 100 Times Over was a BBC Radio 1 Track of the Week. The boys brought all their energy and passion as a support act to Vampire Weekend, a band they greatly admire, while they starred at festivals such as Brownstock and Folk on the Lawn.
