Colby Carthel and K.C. Keeler are the head coaches for the teams. Carthel, head coach for the Lumberjacks, hopped on board in 2018 after leading the NCAA Division II's Lindenwood Lions to a national championship. Keeler's coaching for the Bearkats led to the first time the team's coach won the coveted Eddie Robinson Award as the FCS top head coach.
