Atif Aslam - Pakistan's Biggest Star
This Pakistani idol may have begun his career solely as a musician, but his horizons have expanded, resulting in plenty of opportunities to perform in Bollywood films. Although he last brought out a studio album in 2007, Meri Kahani, his star has grown such that his most recent music releases have all been singles from the movies he has performed in, with tracks 'Jeena Jeena' and 'Zindagi Aa Raha Hoon Main' coming out to widespread acclaim and chart success. Those songs are likely to be included in the sets performed to UK audiences at Manchester Apollo and the O2 Arena in London in 2015, along with a host of other hits from his substantial back catalogue. His increasingly global appeal was confirmed in 2011 when he collaborated with Guns N' Roses live on stage in New York, while 2016 will see him release his first album in English with help from former Genesis singer Peter Gabriel, who he has hailed as a mentor.
Chances to see this genuine superstar in the flesh don't come around too often, so make sure you secure your Atif Aslam tickets from StubHub UK today.
