Airbourne Biography - Explosively Energetic Live Rock

Growing up in southern Australia, this fantastic four-piece first came together as an outlet for musical brothers Joel and Ryan O'Keeffe. After jamming with guitarist David Roads and bassist Adam Jacobson, the band was fully realised before the end of 2003. Influenced by the classic rock albums of their youth - namely records by AC/DC and Billy Thorpe - the group brought out debut EP Ready to Rock in July 2004. This release was followed by a succession of head-turning support slots for acts like Iron Maiden and The Rolling Stones, and eventually they unveiled their first full-length album, Runnin' Wild. They followed it up with big international LPs in No Guts. No Glory and Black Dog Barking, and today they're regular fixtures in charts around the world.

New album Breakin' Outta Hell didn't buck the trend when it came out in 2016. In fact, it went even better - the band made a top 10 breakthrough in the UK, and are today more popular than ever.
