The Wanted Biography - They Own the Night
Formed in 2009, the band - featuring Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes - found success quickly with their 2010 self-titled debut album. It was a Top Five smash in the UK albums charts and announced the arrival of one of the most exciting boy bands the world has ever seen. It also featured their debut single, 'All Time Low', which stormed to the Number One spot. It was no fluke - their 2011 second album Battleground soared into the charts too, featuring their Comic Relief song 'Gold Forever'.
Laughing in the face of the notion that pop acts never last, the band's third album Word Of Mouth, released in November 2013, also stormed the charts.
