The Story So Far has punk in their blood
The Story So Far was formed by a group of friends in 2007, though one of the founding members left the group and was replaced after just three years. Shortly after this, the band really took off, being signed to label 'Pure Noise', which also has punk bands such as Boston Manor and Less Than Jake on its books. The Story So Far is actually the title of a New Found Glory song and indicates the group's interest in genres beyond the pop punk that they are usually characterised by. Indeed, considerable elements of hardcore punk and punk rock have given them a broader appeal - and also help to introduce fans to a wider range of music with the punk genre. The band was a major part of the Warped Tour, a travelling annual rock festival in the United States, and played the main stage throughout the 2014 season.
