TIAA Bank Field is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars who play in the AFC in the National Football League. The stadium was built in the place of the old Gator Bowl Stadium, and it was first opened in 1995 under the name Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. It was named TIAA Bank Field in 2018 after TIAA Bank acquired EverBank, the previous owner of the naming rights to the stadium. The stadium has hosted a Super Bowl (in 2005), Gator Bowls, collegiate games and concerts by performers such as Zac Brown Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Jason Aldean. The official TIAA Bank Field seating capacity has changed over the years due to different designs, and it currently can seat over 67,000.
