Located at Old Ford Road, Bethnal Green, the multipurpose indoor arena and leisure complex can accommodate 1,200 guests. York Hall also features a spa and a leisure centre with a pool and gymnasium on top of its live events hall. The venue started as a Turkish bath or banya serving the area's Jewish population. The bathing facility offers a traditional Russian and Turkish sauna, a relaxation lounge and steam rooms. In 2007, York Hall was rebranded as the upscale Spa London. The indoor arena has also seen major cosmetic upgrades through the years, the most significant being the expansion of its gym, a renovated reception area and new changing rooms. York Hall is also known for hosting several sports tournaments, including professional wrestling matches for Frontier Wrestling Alliance, TNA Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling.
