The Lox Biography - The 'Trinity' Of Hip-Hop

Featuring Jason 'Jadakiss' Phillips, David 'Styles P' Styles and Shaun 'Sheek Louch' Jacobs, this hard-hitting trio started out in Yonkers, New York under the name The Bomb Squad then The Warlocks before settling on their current name, derived from the phrase 'Living Off eXperience'. Signed by Shaun 'P Diddy' Combs on Mary J Blige's recommendation, their debut album Money, Power & Respect came out in 1998 to rave reviews. They left the label, however, saying they needed a �rougher� company. We Are The Streets followed in 2000 and a sequel album in 2004, which came after they delighted fans by returning from a self-imposed hiatus. With the members pursuing solo projects, suddenly in December 2013 they released The Trinity EP on iTunes, announcing their spectacular return.
