Is Scott Stadium accessible by public transportation?Yes, Scott Stadium can be accessed by taking public transportation. The Charlottesville Free Trolley runs on Saturdays from 6:35 a.m. until 11:30 p.m., every 15 minutes or so. The Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) #7 bus also stops right at Scott Stadium.
Is there parking nearby?Most Scott Stadium events offer a reserved parking pass available for purchase that is redeemable at the adjacent parking lot. Otherwise, there is free parking at Fontaine Research Park, which is about a 20-minute walk from the venue. Patrons can also park for free at University Hall or John Paul Jones Arena, both of which are also about 20 minutes away from Scott Stadium on foot. Guests can also pay $10Ð$15 to park at the Emmet/Ivy Garage or the Central Grounds Garage. Otherwise, there is metered and street parking outside of Central Grounds.
