Morrison Center TicketsThe Velma V. Morrison Center for the Performing Arts (or just Morrison Center for short) is the primary performing arts center on Boise State University's campus. Operating since 1984, it has played host to tons of different events from both school functions to professional productions. Most notably, it's one venue for the Broadway in Boise series, a production that brings various Broadway plays and musicals to Idaho. They've also hosted performances by the Boise Philharmonic, Boise Opera, Idaho Ballet and plenty of other local talents, plus big names like David Copperfield and Hal Holbrook. What is the maximum occupancy for the Morrison Center? The Morrison Center has approximately 2,200 seats spread out between three levels. The main floor and balcony levels are responsible for most of this, with the 60-seat orchestra pit sometimes being converted into additional seating if the Morrison Center event in question does not call for live musical accompaniment.
Is the Morrison Center wheelchair-accessible?The Morrison Center accommodations for wheelchair users consist of wheelchair seating on each level, ramps and wheelchair rentals. Additionally, service animals are allowed in the venue and assistive listening devices and ASL interpreters are available for people who require them.
