Despite the fact that Queens of the Stone Age’s UK tour has only recently come to an end, the band have already announced a MASSIVE gig in London’s Finsbury Park for summer 2018.

Here’s everything we know so far about 'Queens of the Stone Age and Friends' at Finsbury Park, including the date and support acts.

What's Queens of the Stone Age Finsbury Park lineup?

The full list of support acts for the one-day event has yet to be announced - but the lineup as it stands looks AWESOME.

Punk royalty Iggy Pop will be one of the opening acts for the show.

He is expected to perform a selection of his biggest hits including ‘Lust For Life’, ‘The Passenger’ and ‘I Wanna Be Your Dog’, as well as tracks from his 2016 album ‘Post Pop Depression’, which was produced by QOTSA frontman Josh Homme.

Joining Iggy on the lineup are ‘Hate To Say I Told You So’ rockers The Hives, who also worked with Homme on their fifth studio album ‘Lex Hives’.

The other confirmed act is hip-hop supergroup Run The Jewels, whose third studio album ‘Run The Jewels 3’ dropped in late 2016.

UPDATE: US punk rocker Brody Dalle - frontwoman for The Distillers - will be performing a "stripped down" solo show at the QOTSA Finsbury Park gig.

This is currently the only UK concert for Dalle - who also happens to be the wife of QOTSA frontman Josh Homme.

Miles Kane of The Last Shadow Puppets - and formerly The Rascals - will also be on the lineup...

...as will US rock duo Deap Vally.

New Queens of the Stone Age album ‘Villains’

QOTSA’s seventh studio album was met with critical acclaim when it was released in August 2017 and made several “best album of the year” lists, including ours.

The band released the single ‘The Way You Used To Do’ ahead of the album’s release. The track featured in the 2017 racing game ‘Need for Speed Payback’.
