Everyone knows Lady Gaga is one of the hottest artists around.
But with her UK tour date just rescheduled (July 30th 2021 in London, Tottenham Hotspur stadium), we thought we'd share a few things you might not know about the star.
Here's 10 things that might surprise you about Lady Gaga to get you in the mood for her upcoming shows (as if you needed the help...)
1. Her real name isn't actually Lady Gaga
But you probably guessed that... Her full name is actually Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. Bonus fact: she was born on March 28, 1986 in New York.

2. Lady Gaga taught herself the piano... at four years old!
Yep, looks like the talented star really was Born This Way. Lady Gaga started composing ballads when she was just 13. Feeling good about your own accomplishments right now?
3. Lady Gaga went to school with Paris Hilton
The 'Joanne' singer graduated from Convent of Sacred Heart in New York City, along with with classmates Hilton and Nicole Richie. Wonder if they're still in touch...
4. Lady Gaga wrote songs for Britney Spears
Before she was the queen of pop, Lady Gaga composed tracks for the 'Baby One More Time' star, as well as Jennifer Lopez and The Pussycat Dolls.
5. Lady Gaga wrote ‘Just Dance’ and ‘Born This Way’ in just 10 minutes
The latter sold over one million copies in the first five days of release. Not a bad return on investment at all.

6. ‘Poker Face’ is Lady Gaga's best-selling song in the UK
The track was also the best-selling single of 2009. However her most streamed song is now 'Shallow' with Bradley Cooper from 2018.

7. Lady Gaga curated the line-up of One World: Together at Home
The popstar featured a lineup of performances in tribute to the many healthcare workers battling COVID-19, partnering with the World Health Organisation and charity Global Citizen. She also performed a piano cover of 'Smile' live during the event.

8. Lady Gaga has an astonishing 24 tattoos
They include a monster's hand, a unicorn and one of David Bowie. They are mostly on the left side of her body.
9. Lady Gaga's favourite drink is whiskey
Specifically Jameson Whiskey. On the rocks. Now you know.
