Will resale of tickets be allowed?

From the 2nd of December non-essential travel is allowed in England within areas belonging to Tier 1 or Tier 2 but not if you are travelling from a Tier 3 area. Public transport will be operating as normal but attendees are encouraged to travel to the venue by private car, walking or cycling to allow social distancing.
