Horticultural Halls Tickets - Horticultural Halls Events
The many entertainments on offer at the Horticultural Halls
The Royal Horticultural Halls are made up of two unique and historic venues, situated in Elverton Street in London. Over many decades they have been the site of some of the grandest flower shows and garden exhibitions in the UK and, indeed, the world. At the same time they've served as the perfect places for world-famous designers to hold their fashion shows, and for several different types of sporting events to stage competitions. This is a versatile duo of venues right in the very heart of the English capital, which is also the modern-day home of the Royal Horticultural Society. Fashion collection showcases and hypercar launches
Any mention of the Royal Horticultural Halls must surely include its flower shows and exhibitions. For a start, it's the home of the world-renowned RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which for many decades has attracted visitors from around the globe, from the tip of Africa to the Far East, and has become the pinnacle event of its kind in the world. The venue comprises two main halls: Lawrence Hall and the slightly older Lindley Hall. The latter in particular has been the chosen venue for public exhibitions and launches. Recent events of this ilk have included the unveiling of the first Lotus electric hypercar, the Evija. Many launches of seasonal collections from the world's most famous fashion houses have occurred here too, with some of the more notable ones including showcases from Tom Ford, Stella McCartney and Paul Smith. There's always something varied and fascinating going on here, so it’s worth keeping an eye on this site for Horticultural Halls tickets all year round.
A varied venue, hosting badminton, snooker and orchid shows
Other entertainment events at the Royal Horticultural Halls have included plenty of indoor sports. Its classic facade and fittings have made it the perfect place for "gentlemanly" pursuits and leisure activities, such as billiards. In fact, the World Snooker Championship has been held here in the past, for the first time in 1936. Badminton too has found a home here, and was one of the big draws in the early twentieth century, when the Halls played host to the All England Open Badminton Championships for almost 30 years until the outbreak of World War II. Returning to the horticultural theme, you can also sometimes find other flower shows on offer here, depending on the Royal Horticultural Society's calendar.
