Performers at Gruene Hall
Gruene Hall TicketsBuilt in 1878, Gruene Hall claims the title as the oldest continually running dance hall in the state. The music venue gets its name from Henry (Heinrich) D. Gruene, who was responsible for bringing the hall to the small town of Gruene, which is now part of the New Braunfels. Gruene Hall is an intimate space, at 6,000 square feet, but it has a large outdoor beer garden. The design elements that it was built with still remain. It has a high-pitched tin roof, side flaps that can be opened up to let fresh air in, a full bar and a small stage up front. Musical giants like Willie Nelson, George Strait and Lyle Lovett have played sets here. It continues to host performers, seven days a week. You can get your Gruene Hall tickets at StubHub.
