Glass Bowl TicketsThe Glass Bowl is the official home of the University of Toledo Rockets football team, which plays in the Mid-American Conference. Located on the university's Bancroft campus, just south of the Ottawa River, the Glass Bowl is a blend of old and new. The stadium still retains the traditional stonework faade since its original opening on September 27th, 1937, yet it has undergone various renovations and expansions to modernize and improve the fan experience. Since the 2016 renovation, the stadium has a standard seating capacity of 26,038. The largest crowd to ever attend a football game was 36,852 in a 2001 matchup against Navy. How can I reach the Glass Bowl by public transportation?The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority serves the larger Toledo area, including the university. Bus stops are frequently made around the campus area.
Does the Glass Bowl have on-site parking?Premium parking lots, located in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, are available for premium season ticket holders, suite holders, club seat holders and sponsors of the program. These lots open at 6 a.m. on the day of the Glass Bowl events. General parking, which opens up around three hours before the game, is available on all other lots throughout the campus area. Overnight parking is not permitted in any lot.
Does the Glass Bowl provide any extra services for handicapped guests?Handicapped parking is located in parking area 18, directly to the east of the Student Recreation Center. A shuttle service, beginning two hours before the start of the game, is available for transportation between the lot and the southwest and southeast gates of the stadium. Fans are free to bring their own equipment as long as it does not interfere with other vehicles or guests. Tailgaters are expected to clean up after themselves once they are finished.
