Colony House tour dates

This band consists of a quartet of musicians who play indie rock songs. They've been active in the industry since 2009, and they've put on several live performances during the Colony House tour. Colony House background

Two brothers, Caleb and Will Chapman, founded Colony House in collaboration with fellow musicians Scott Mills and Parke Cottrell. The Chapman brothers' father is Steven Curtis Chapman, who is a contemporary Christian musician. They all grew up around music and started receiving instruction when they were young. While the boys were in high school, they formed their band and worked on developing their sound. What resulted is a group that has stuck together for several years, making a name for themselves in the alternative music industry.

The original name for the group was Caleb. In 2013, they changed it to Colony House in reference to the name of an apartment complex where they once lived. In their early years, they self-released three EPs. They were then able to sign a deal with the Descendants label and released their first studio album, When I Was Younger, in 2014. This release helped the band garner more widespread attention, and they played at the Moon River Music Festival in Memphis in both 2015 and 2016. Their second studio album was released in January of 2017, and they started a tour shortly after.

Colony House biggest hits

The song "Silhouettes" off the band�s debut studio album was one of their most successful releases. For a time, it was the most downloaded song on SiriusXM Alt Nation. The song also made an appearance on the iTunes Store Alt-Rock chart. Several songs from the band�s second album have made an impression with audiences. "You Know It," "Lonely" and "This Beautiful Life" are some of the popular songs Colony House released in 2017.

Colony House television appearance

In 2014, the band made their debut on the NBC show Late Night with Seth Meyers. They made a return appearance on that same show in 2017. They've also performed on Conan and on Today.
