STUBHUB ANNOUNCES UPDATE TO CANCELED EVENTS POLICY
StubHub is pleased to announce a change to our canceled events policy. Effective immediately, when an event is canceled, customers will receive a 120% credit for the total amount they paid for the impacted event or the option to select a cash refund. Customers can easily and quickly request a cash refund by selecting the ‘Request cash refund’ button found in the StubHub Wallet of their online or in-app account.
StubHub is proud to deliver this policy to our fans, and we appreciate their patience as we worked over the last 18 months toward giving customers this choice between a credit or cashback. Credits are good through December 31, 2022, and can be used to purchase one or more events on StubHub in the same currency.
