The Burton Agnes Jazz and Blues Festival, which began in 2007, always celebrates in style. For example, organizers have welcomed musical artists from Saint Lucia to bring Caribbean vibes to the perfectly manicured lawns of the Burton Agnes Hall as well as inside the famous, ornate Great Hall.
Throughout the festival's run, bands have been known to flow from the outdoor main stage on the lawn into the Great Hall, all surrounded by local food and drink stands as well as a cafe courtyard and bar tent. Late-night sessions are best accompanied by a glass of wine that you can enjoy while getting up close and personal with your favorite jazz or blues artist.

The festival invites guests to bring picnics as well as children, as the grounds offer 15 acres of gardens to explore. If the kids aren't interested in the jazz and blues, they're sure to be interested in a walled garden with a maze, jungle garden and giant games.
