One of its most famous groups to visit was The Beatles, who recorded 190 of their 210 songs in Studio Two room during the 1960s, creating their 1969 album and studio namesake "Abbey Road" there. From Pink Floyd to Aretha Franklin, the studios allowed legendary artists the space to experiment with their music and recording style. The creative home for many artists to follow, ABBA, Johnny Marr, Roxy Music and The Rolling Stones, Abbey Road Studios has produces a long list of landmark recordings.
