        The O2 is situated next to North Greenwich tube and bus station, which is wheelchair accessible. North Greenwich station is in Zone 2 and is served by the Jubilee Line and numerous bus routes and The O2 shuttle.For more information on your journey or accessible public transport in London please see the Transport for London website.

        By Thames Clippers

        All Thames Clipper vessels are wheelchair accessible. However, wheelchair access is restricted to certain piers including the QE2 Pier at The O2. Thames Clippers aim to have 98% of the piers they operate from fully accessible shortly. Please call 087 0781 5049 for further information.

        Passengers who hold a 'Freedom Pass' are entitled to a discount and companions travel for free when accompanying a Blue Badge holder.

        Parking

        The O2 has 2200 parking spaces for our visitors¿ use. We would advise you to pre-book parking for arena events to avoid disappointment.

        Car parks are available onsite offering a customer-friendly ticketless pre-book facility for arena events and pay on arrival parking for other visitors. All parking is subject to availability.

        Drop-off and pickup points are also available. Please see the parking map above.

        Car parking is available for all events at The O2 arena. It is highly recommended that your parking is pre-booked due to the limited availability of space. To purchase your parking today, click the link below or call us on 020 8463 6718 (10:00 - 20:00 daily). Pre-booked parking is £17.50 plus a £2.50 service charge. Pre-booked tickets can be purchased up until 17:00 on the day of an evening event or up to 2 hours before a matinee performance.

        Please note: Parking for visitors to The O2 arena who have not pre-booked is £25 on arrival to car park 1.

        Parking for Electric Vehicles

        Car parking for electric vehicles and fast charging is now available within car park 1. Customers that pre-book will receive a discounted rate of £10 (plus a £2.50 service charge). This includes the cost of charging, which can take as little as 30 minutes using the fast charging facility.

        You must bring the credit or debit card you made your car park booking with to allow you to gain access to car park 1.

        Pre-booked parking tickets are valid from 10:00 in car park 1. Car park 1 is approximately 350 metres from the main entrance of The O2.

        Parking for the Entertainment Avenue, British Music Experience and Meridian Gardens

        Parking for bars and restaurants in the Entertainment Avenue and the British Music Experience is available at an hourly rate in car parks 2 and 4.

        These car parks are not available for indigO2 and The O2 arena customers.

        Car park 2 is approximately 300 metres from the main entrance at The O2 and car park 4 is approximately 350 metres.

        Please note there is no on-street parking on the Greenwich Peninsula enforced by a controlled parking zone on all streets within two miles of The O2. Please be considerate to our neighbours: do not park illegally on the streets and please leave the area quietly.

        Drop-off/pickup

        We operate a dedicated drop-off and pickup point on arena event nights within car park 1 accessed from Millennium Way. See the above map for location. This is signposted on arrival. The drop-off/pickup point is approximately 400 metres from the main entrance of The O2.

        Disabled access

        We operate a dedicated accessible drop off and pick up point for cars or coaches. See the above map for location. This is signposted on arrival. On arena event nights, access to this drop-off/pickup point is restricted, so please speak to the attendant or show your Blue Badge for access. The drop off/pick up point is approximately 150 metres from the main entrance of The O2.

        Motorcycles and bicycles

        Motorcycles and bicycles are permitted to park at The O2 for free in car parks 2 and 4.

        Limousines

        Tickets for limousines can be purchased by clicking the link below or on arrival at the car parking office by cash or credit card.

        All day tickets are available at £15. Limousines park in The Coach Park.

        Coach parking

        67 coach bays are available at The O2 for coaches and mini buses. Tickets can be purchased by clicking the link below or on arrival at the car parking office by cash or credit/debit card.

        All day tickets are available for coaches (£30) and mini buses (£15) with 12 seats or fewer. The Coach Park is approximately 350 metres from the entrance of The O2.

        Transportation

        By Tube

        Take the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich for The O2 (Zone 2).

         The Jubilee line is the only Underground route that connects with all others - so not only can London residents reach us with no hassle, National Rail passengers from all over the UK can too. The walk from North Greenwich underground station to The O2 is approximately 200 metres.

        By bus

        Eight TfL bus routes operate to and from The O2 including three 24-hour bus services. Key destinations include Stratford, Charlton, Greenwich, Lewisham, Woolwich, Eltham, North Kent and Central London. Please visit www.tfl.gov.uk for timetable information.

        By Docklands Light Railway

        The O2 is just one stop on the Jubilee line from Canary Wharf or Canning Town.

        By National Rail

        Charlton mainline station is just a short ride on a 486, 472 or 161 bus from North Greenwich underground station. All these buses start their route from the North Greenwich Tube station so there is no confusion about which way to go!

        Southeastern runs services to Charlton train station. Turn left out of the station and catch the 486, 472 or N472 bus to North Greenwich, taking you approximately 10 minutes to reach the front door of The O2. Find out more about Southeastern Railway.

        By Eurostar

        The current network takes the Eurostar into St. Pancras, from where you only need to jump on the Northern Line down to London Bridge. From there, you can change for the Jubilee Line.

The express service from Waterloo Pier direct to The O2 is the perfect way to complete your night out at the world's most popular music venue. Travel on the high speed luxury catamarans direct to QEII Pier at The O2 in under 30 minutes! Departures every 30 minutes from Waterloo Pier 3 hours prior to an arena event start time. After the event, the first departure from QEII Pier is 15 minutes after the event finishes.

        Thames Clippers is the leading scheduled commuter service on the River Thames.         By bicycle

        Various cycle routes lead to The O2 and on arrival we have 500 cycle racks available to use in all car parks and North Greenwich station.

        By foot

        Amble along the river around the historic and leafy Greenwich Peninsula to get to us. The scenery is excellent.

        By taxi

        North Greenwich station has its own dedicated taxi rank for up to 50 black taxis. In partnership with Transport for London the taxi rank is now marshalled after key arena events.

        Only taxis (black cabs) can be stopped by customers and can pick up from the street. Private hire vehicles cannot accept fares without being booked in a private hire office or over the phone first.

        By private hire

        Drop-off and pickup
        To meet the increasing demand for private hire and to minimise congestion on the Greenwich Peninsula, a Private Hire drop-off and pickup area is now available. This is aimed to provide a managed, safe and secure area for Private Hire in partnership with the Public Carriage Office. The drop-off/pickup point for private hire vehicles is approximately 250 metres from the main entrance of The O2. Please

        Please note that any journey that isn't booked by phone or in a private hire office is illegal, dangerous and could put you at risk. Booking your private hire guarantees that your trip will be carried out by a licensed driver in a licensed vehicle. It also means that a record is kept of your journey, your driver and the vehicle used. The driver can then be traced in the event of any problems.

         

        By air

        London City Airport is just 15 minutes from The O2, offering easy access from all over the UK and Europe (35 destinations). Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted are only 50 minutes by train. Private aircraft are best flying in and out of London City Airport or Biggin Hill.

        The fastest way to The O2 arena.
