        Twin Atlantic - Critically-Acclaimed Alternative Rock Group

        Cast in the same mould as bands like Taking Back Sunday and Fall Out Boy, Twin Atlantic came into existence in 2007. The Scottish alternative rock group are made up of Sam McTrusty, Barry McKenna, Ross McNae and Craig Kneale. Vivarium, the mini-debut Twin Atlantic album, was released in 2009 to critical-acclaim and followed up in 2011 by the full-length Free.         Twin Atlantic Biography - The Buzz Turns Into a Roar

        Since forming in Glasgow in 2007, the hype surrounding Twin Atlantic has gradually grown louder. Within the space of a few years, the band landed support slots for popular acts such as Biffy Clyro, Smashing Pumpkins, Blink-182 and My Chemical Romance.

        Following the whirlwind of interviews, photo shoots and publicity that the mini-debut Twin Atlantic album Vivarium generated, the quartet was determined to ensure their first full-length record was even better. That quest led them to top producer Gil Norton, famous for his work with the Pixies. The result was the second Twin Atlantic album Free, which included hit singles 'Crash Land' and 'Edit Me'.

        Twin Atlantic gigs are high-energy affairs, with Sam McTrusty proving a particularly charismatic frontman. Twin Atlantic live shows do nothing less than strengthen fans' appreciation of the buzz-generating band.
