        Music is in the blood for this celebrated guitar genius, who first picked up an axe at the age of just 4. The pint-sized performer honed his skills both by ear and under his mother's tutelage. By the time he reached 6 years old, the young guitarist was already a professional musician within his family band, The Emmanuel Quartet. Meanwhile, the mid '70s to early '80s saw Tommy perform as a session guitarist on recordings for Air Supply and Men at Work.

        However, it was guidance from his childhood hero Chet Atkins that saw the six-stringer develop his unique playing technique, using all ten fingers to mimic a whole band on just the guitar. Now, this musical maestro has come into a league of his own, releasing his first album in 2001 and performing alongside icons such as Eric 'Slow Hand' Clapton and Les Paul. His endless talents have seen him play at Sydney's closing Olympic ceremony and become appointed a member of the Order of Australia.
