If your tickets sell, we'll send your ticket info to the club so they can remove the match tickets from your season ticket card and issue paper tickets for the buyer to pick up at the stadium. We'll transfer the balance of your payment (after deducting our commission) to your PayPal account 5 to 8 business days after the match takes place.

If your tickets don't sell, they'll remain on your season ticket card and you won't incur any charges.

Note: If you want to resell Sunderland AFC tickets that you originally bought on StubHub.co.uk, you'll need to go to 'Orders' in My Account and click the 'Resell tickets' link to start the listing process.

There are no fees to list your tickets on StubHub.co.uk. If your tickets sell, we'll deduct a commission equal to 12% (which includes VAT, where applicable) out of the total ticket sale price and then pay you the balance.

If your tickets sell, we'll send your ticket info to the club so they can remove the match tickets from your season ticket card and issue paper tickets for the buyer to pick up at the stadium. The buyer will need to provide identification at the stadium so we can ensure that the right fan gets the right ticket.

When you sell your tickets on StubHub.co.uk, we send the buyer's information directly to Sunderland AFC. Before issuing the tickets, the club performs the same checks on StubHub.co.uk buyers as they do for any box office buyer.

In the very unlikely event that an unruly fan buys or uses your tickets, the club will not penalise you or cancel your season ticket account.

You can buy or sell as many tickets to Sunderland AFC home matches as you want.

When you list a Sunderland ticket of any ticket class for sale on StubHub, it will automatically be converted to an adult ticket, so a supporter of any age can use it for entry. For example, if you list a junior ticket and it sells, the buyer will pick up an adult ticket at the Stadium of Light. If you sell tickets on StubHub, you'll receive your full payment - even if the match is rescheduled. Since the club will remove the match tickets from your season ticket card and issue paper tickets for the buyer to pick up at the stadium, the tickets will no longer be yours to use.

If you sell tickets for a match that is then cancelled and not rescheduled, StubHub will refund the buyer. We will recover this payment amount by charging your credit/debit card or by cancelling pending payments (for other tickets you've sold). For information about obtaining a refund of your purchase price, please contact the club.
