Lady Antebellum grew out of the fertile American country
music hub of Nashville, Tennessee. Combining the talents of singer Hillary Scott, singer/guitarist Charles Kelley and guitarist
Dave Haywood, the trio first got together in 2006, taking their name from the graceful and iconic pre-Civil War architecture
of the American South. They attracted enough attention on the Nashville music scene to earn a record contract, and put out
their first single -- "Love Don't Live Here" -- in September 2007. It was an immediate hit, and their first album, Lady
Antebellum, went straight to the top of the Billboard country charts, ending up as a platinum-sized hit.

Charts at #28 and won Grammy awards for Song of the Year and Record of the Year. The album also took home the Grammy for Best
Country Album. Need You Now also produced the hit singles "American Honey" and "Our Kind of Love", and achieved platinum
status in the U.K., going all the way up to #8 on the U.K. charts. Two years later, the band came out with their second hit
record in a row, Own the Night, bolstered by another #1 hit (and a top-100 single in the U.K.) in the emotional song
"Just a Kiss". They followed up their success with Own the Night with a celebrated Christmas album, On This Winter's
Night, in 2012. Lady Antebellum's fifth studio album, Golden, came out in May of 2013, producing two more instant-hit
singles in "Downtown" and "Goodbye Town". Golden topped both the U.S. Billboard 200 and Top Country Album charts and
the U.K. Country Chart, and quickly went gold in the United States. Their sixth studio album, 747, again shot to #1
on the charts when it was released in September 2014, with the lead single "Bartender" becoming another crossover hit.
