Based on the much loved film, Ghost the Musical is a tale of undying love. Made immortal by Patrick Swayze and Demi
Moore in 1990, the award-winning story about Sam and his beloved Molly is back as live theatre. Gaining an extra dimension
from its moving score, Ghost the Musical stays true to the original heartrending script. Cunning use of state-of-the-art
projections allows Ghost the Musical to bring a supernatural-esque presence to stage, one of its prime innovations.

Sam, a successful banker, and his girlfriend Molly, a talented potter, have it all. Passionately in love and living in
Manhattan, their world is wonderfully idyllic until a tragic event changes everything. The couple arrives at their apartment
one day only to be met by a mugger that brutally murders Sam. Caught between worlds after his death, Sam learns that Molly
is in grave danger and does everything to keep her safe. With the help of Oda Mae Brown, a sassy spiritual 'medium', Sam tries
to reach out to Molly and save her before it is too late.
Ghost the Musical had its UK premiere in 2011 at the Manchester Opera House. An instant success, Ghost the Musical transferred to London's West End later that year, taking up residency at the Piccadilly Theatre. Brought to life by award-winning director Matthew Warchus, the
creator of the critically-acclaimed Matilda,
Ghost is considered one of the most inspiring and innovative musicals of the 21st century.
